We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. However, international shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase details and delivery information.
Standard delivery takes approximately 3-8 business days, depending on your location. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two more times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You may request re-delivery, subject to additional shipping fees.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage. In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue and either provide a replacement or process a refund, based on the investigation outcome.
